Return Policy

At Folnar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. Please include the original receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect.

If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and a detailed description of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’re here to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
